Job summary

Bali Villa Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run daily operations end-to-end for a new boutique villa and apartment complex near Seseh, Bali. You will oversee guest relations, front office, housekeeping, security and engineering/maintenance, manage a 10+ person team, and build operations from the ground up with a focus on guest satisfaction and cost control.

The role requires Bali experience, fluency in Indonesian and English, and proficiency with OTA platforms to

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as Villa Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, or General Manager in hospitality (villas/boutique hotel).
Preferably experience in Bali.
Experience managing a team of 10+ staff.
Based in or willing to relocate to the Badung/Canggu/Seseh area.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Financial planning and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

Full operational management including guest relations, front office, housekeeping, security, and engineering/maintenance
Staff scheduling and training
KPI management
Owner and management reporting
Vendor management for pool, garden, laundry, and pest control
Cost control and budget oversight
Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction
