The ideal candidate will have experience managing luxury hotels, boutique resorts, villas, or private residences, with strong operational leadership and a passion for personalized guest service.

The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, rooms division, housekeeping, food & beverage coordination, team management, financial performance, and service quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily resort operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with luxury hospitality standards.
• Oversee Rooms Division, Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Concierge, and operational support functions.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences and maintain strong relationships with VIP and international guests.
• Lead, coach, and develop the hospitality team while building a culture of service excellence.
• Manage operational budgets, costs, revenue opportunities, and business performance.
• Coordinate food & beverage operations, private dining, and guest experiences.
