Job summary

Secluded Bali Villas in Bali is seeking an experienced AREA VILLA MANAGER to oversee operations for villas in Berawa and Seminyak. The role is ideal for a motivated and loyal professional with a background in villa or hotel management.

You will lead all guest-facing operations, manage villa staff, maintain high presentation standards, and ensure seamless service from arrival to departure while upholding luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Eye for detail, able to spot and improve issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Good understanding of guest service standards in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the guest experience, from pre-arrival planning to departure, including special requests.
• Manage all villa staff, including F&B, housekeepers, pool & gardener, and maintenance.
• Direct day to day operations, maintain high standards of villa presentation and guest satisfaction, quickly address and resolve any issues.
• Manage procurement and inventory control, ensuring supplies and equipment are available and in excellent condition.
