Zusammenfassung
Bali Villa Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run daily operations end-to-end for a new boutique villa and apartment complex near Seseh, Bali. You will oversee guest relations, front office, housekeeping, security and engineering/maintenance, manage a 10+ person team, and build operations from the ground up with a focus on guest satisfaction and cost control.

Qualifikationen
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Villa Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, or General Manager in hospitality (villas/boutique hotel).
- Preferably experience in Bali.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ staff.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Badung/Canggu/Seseh area.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Financial planning and budgeting skills.

About you
Minimum 2 years of experience as Villa Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, or General Manager in hospitality (villas/boutique hotel)
Preferably experience in Bali
Experience managing a team of 10+ staff
Based in or willing to relocate to the Badung/Canggu/Seseh area
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Experience with OTA platforms and channel managers (Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip.com)
Financial planning and budgeting skills
