Baliwood Bingin is a boutique hotel in Bingin, Bali, inviting an Operational Manager/Hotel Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and drive service excellence across all departments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem solving, and a focus on premium guest experiences. You will lead maintenance, guest relations, and a team to ensure flawless operation and memorable stays for guests in a growing boutique setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or resort management.
• Experience from boutique hotels, villas, luxury hospitality, or pre-opening projects is highly valued.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to gain respect and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong business judgment.
• Strong understanding of premium guest service and operational excellence.
• Good understanding of maintenance follow-up and property standards.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Hands-on attitude with willingness to be involved where needed.
• Calm, confident, and professional under pressure.
• Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full daily operation of the hotel across all departments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations, and external suppliers.
• Maintain high operational standards and efficient day-to-day systems.
• Ensure the property is always guest-ready, polished, and professionally run.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage the hotel team across departments.
• Create clear structure, routines, and accountability for all staff.
• Ensure team members follow instructions, procedures, and service standards.
• Build a positive, productive, and respectful working culture.
• Manage performance, discipline, and development when required.
• Quickly identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Stay calm under pressure and make strong decisions when needed.
• Anticipate issues before they arise and stay one step ahead.
• Take full ownership of making sure the hotel runs efficiently every day.
• Support retreats, events, private buyouts, and group bookings.
• Assist ownership with concept development and continuous improvement.
• Monitor costs, stock levels, and operational performance.
