Job summary

You will oversee Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and Engineering, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Hotel Manager and requires strong leadership and exemplary communication with guests and staff.

Ideal candidates bring leisure resort experience, English fluency, and the ability to mentor teams while handling diplomatic guest interactions with poise.

Qualifications

• Leisure resort experience required.
• Strong background in rooms operation.
• Experience in managing guest relations, front office and housekeeping.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage, and Engineering operations.
• Excellent English both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills.
• Dynamic, inspiring, innovative and enthusiastic.
• Approachable and diplomatic in guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall resort operations including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and Engineering.
• Report directly to the Hotel Manager.
• Develop and mentor teams across guest services, front desk and housekeeping.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service standards.
