Job summary

PT Mulia Rentalindo Persada is seeking a payroll/HR administrator in Jakarta to handle monthly payroll processing, tax withholdings, and benefits administration. The role supports both Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring accurate data management and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid numerical skills, and familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems. Fresh graduates with internship exposure are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Administration.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in payroll or HR administration are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of payroll processing including salary calculation, allowances, deductions, overtime, and employee benefits.
• Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21 calculations.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws related to payroll and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, attendance incentives, and other payroll components.
• Assist in calculating and administering employee income tax (PPh 21).
• Monitor and verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll-related data.
• Maintain payroll databases and compensation records.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and payroll reconciliation for management review.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll payments and related matters.
• Coordinate with Chinese management and local employees on Mandarin-language payroll matters.
