Sailglobal seeks an experienced Compensation Manager in Indonesia to oversee payroll operations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and labor cost management. You will ensure accurate payroll processing and alignment with company policies.

Fluency in Indonesian and Mandarin is required to communicate with headquarters, with strong payroll systems skills and a solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws.

Formación

• Proven experience in compensation, payroll, and benefits management.
• Experience in retail, apparel, or fashion industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (BPJS, THR, overtime, termination compensation).
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and payroll data management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly payroll processing including overtime and bonuses.
• Manage statutory benefits and entitlements per Indonesian labor laws.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and proper approvals.
• Localize and implement HQ compensation policies for Indonesia.
• Manage SSOC system and payroll-related data and records.
• Monitor labor costs, payroll budgets and compensation expenses.
• Support compensation structure design, salary benchmarking, and budgeting.
• Stay updated on Indonesian payroll-related regulations.
