Job summary

Rea Coffee Studio in Makassar invites passionate coffee lovers to join our team. You’ll craft espresso-based beverages to our standards, dial-in for consistency, and greet guests with genuine hospitality.

The role requires reliability during busy hours and weekend or public holiday shifts, while keeping a calm, organized work area and maintaining hygiene. We offer a supportive team, ongoing coffee knowledge development, staff coffee and performance-based incentives, and a welcoming workplace

Qualifications

• At least 8 months of experience in the coffee industry.
• Confident with espresso extraction and milk texturing.
• Calm, organized, and able to work well during busy hours.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Experience as a shift leader or supervisor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft coffee and other beverages following Rea Coffee Studio's standards.
• Perform daily dial-in and maintain espresso consistency.
• Ensure every drink looks beautiful and tastes its best.
• Welcome every guest with warm and genuine hospitality.
• Keep the bar, equipment, and workspace clean and organized.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
• Help monitor stock and handle ingredients with care.
• Support daily operational tasks and documentation when needed.
