Job summary

PT ANTS PANTS ULUWATU in Bali seeks a passionate Barista to craft espresso drinks and latte art. You will join a team focused on quality coffee and guest experience.

Requirements include 1–2 years of barista experience, knowledge of espresso-based beverages, milk steaming, hygiene, and strong teamwork. Based in Bali or willing to relocate. Fluency in English preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee grinders
• Good understanding of coffee extraction, grinding, dosing, and brewing
• Skilled in milk steaming and latte art
• Able to consistently prepare quality coffee and beverages
• Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Good English communication is preferred
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages according to standards
• Ensure consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and latte art
• Set up and calibrate the coffee grinder and espresso machine
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
• Monitor coffee quality and report any issues
• Assist with beverage preparation and daily bar operations
• Maintain proper stock levels of coffee, milk, and other barista supplies
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards
