Job summary

Selong Selo Resort & Residences in Lombok, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Duty Manager to lead on-site operations during shifts, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest service across all facilities. You will manage reservations, handle guest concerns, coordinate F&B and maintenance, oversee safety protocols, and prepare shift reports for management, while upholding the resort's luxury standards.

Fluent English required; additional languages valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort management
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (English)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all resort operations during shifts and ensure smooth service
• Supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams with leadership and support
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements
• Conduct routine property inspections for cleanliness, safety and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and health and safety regulations
• Manage reservations, check‑ins/outs and special requests
• Coordinate with F&B and kitchen for service quality
• Handle cash operations and financial transactions accurately
• Prepare shift reports and communicate with management
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate support services
• Maintain security protocols across the resort
