Responsibilities

• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests and staff to ensure guest needs are met.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets and confidentiality.
