Job summary

Luna Beach Club in Indonesia is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee daily service operations at the Luna Beer Garden. You will lead and coach the service team to consistently deliver excellent guest experiences while ensuring adherence to SOPs and standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate with kitchen and bar, manage schedules, and handle guest feedback with professionalism. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and outlet operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a service team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily service operation at Luna Beer Garden.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and outlet procedures are followed.
• Conduct daily briefings and provide coaching to the team.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, grooming and discipline.
• Coordinate between service, kitchen, bar and other departments.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and issues professionally.
• Ensure the outlet is always service-ready and well-organized.
• Assist with stock, equipment, cleanliness and outlet readiness.
• Support scheduling and manpower planning according to business needs.
• Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Prepare and communicate operational updates to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee overall service flow and team performance during operations.
