Qualifications

• Food handling certification preferred
• Professional working proficiency in English; Indonesian language skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve signature cocktails, premium wines, and local beverages
• Deliver attentive, personalized service while maintaining bar cleanliness and presentation
• Collaborate with F&B and culinary teams on menu development and special events
• Recommend pairings and creations to enhance guest dining experiences
