Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; finance/marketing/economy preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• Proactive, with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong language and communication skills.
• Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Hardworking and able to withstand high pressure.
• High political quality and moral integrity, with alignment to the company.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings; fill activity management tools.
• Cooperate with bank staff at branch offices to promote sales and meet targets.
• Provide training to bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Distribute and collect documents; assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose timely corrections or improvements.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors; comply with regulatory rules.
• Follow national laws, corporate ethics codes, and company/compliance rules.
• Maintain integrity and avoid providing false information; monitor risk and compliance.
