Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in finance, marketing, or economy preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong language skills and communication skills.
• Strong ability to observe, analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently and with the desire and ability to work in teams.
• Hard working and able to withstand high pressure.
• Having a high political quality and moral cultivation, with good conduct and a certain sense of identity with the company.
• Those with experience in insurance, banking, and sales are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company regulations, participate in trainings and meetings, and maintain activity management tools.
• Coordinate cooperation with bank personnel at branches and promote sales to achieve targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance requirements.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections or improvements in time.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Comply with regulator rules and company/regional/global guidelines.
• Adhere to company business processes and comply with national laws and ethics codes.
• Maintain integrity, avoid false information, and stay vigilant on risk and compliance.
• Stay aligned with organizational values and codes.
