You will engage with branch bank personnel, conduct insurance-related trainings, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards while contributing to post-sale services and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; finance/marketing/economics preferred.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong language and communication abilities.
• Observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• High ethical standards and company identity.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company’s daily management and quality rules and attend trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branch offices and promote sales activities to meet targets.
• Train bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist in after-sales services including claims.
• Report violations or potential risks and propose corrections promptly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Adhere to regulator rules and company/regional/global policies.
• Follow business operations processes and comply with laws and corporate ethics.
• Act with integrity and avoid providing false information to the company.
• Maintain risk control and compliance awareness.
