Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, marketing, or economy is preferred.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in teams.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations and participate in trainings.
• Coordinate with branch personnel and promote sales to achieve targets.
• Provide training on insurance demands, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Handle daily document flows and after-sales services including claims.
• Identify violations or risks and propose timely improvements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Adhere to regulator rules and company policies and global standards.
• Follow business operations processes and uphold integrity and risk controls.
