Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; those with finance, marketing, or economy background preferred.
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong language and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and with the desire and ability to work in teams.
• Hard working and able to withstand high pressure.
• High political quality and moral cultivation, with good conduct and identity with the company.
• Experience in insurance, banking, and sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branch offices and promote sales.
• Train bank staff in insurance demand planning, sales, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution and collection, security services, and after-sales such as claims.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections or improvements in a timely manner.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Comply with regulator rules, company rules, and regional/global rules.
• Follow the company’s operating processes and department guidelines.
• Act with integrity and honesty; avoid false financial notes or information.
• Maintain a keen sense of risk control and compliance.
