Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, banking, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; attend trainings, conferences, and meetings; use activity management tools.
• Coordinate with branch bank personnel; promote sales and achieve targets.
• Provide training to bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Manage distribution and collection of documents; assist in after-sales services including claims.
• Report violations or risks and suggest improvements in a timely manner.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors; comply with regulator and company rules.
• Adhere to national laws, corporate ethics, and compliance department regulations.
• Maintain integrity and honesty; avoid false financial notes or information.
• Maintain strong risk control and compliance awareness.
