Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, finance/marketing/economics preferred, relevant experience acceptable.
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility.

• Hardworking and capable of withstanding high pressure.
• High political quality and good conduct with identity to the company.
• Experience in insurance, banking, and sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings; fill activity management tools.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches under jurisdiction; implement publicity activities to promote sales and meet targets.
• Provide training in insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance requirements to improve sales and business quality.
• Distribute and collect documents; assist related departments with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections or improvements.
