Qualifications

• Experience as travel agent or in a customer-facing role in tourism/hospitality.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Customer-centric approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process travel bookings including flights, accommodations, tours and transport.
• Respond to sales team inquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Manage reservations systems and update client records accurately.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
• Handle payment processing and invoicing for travel packages.
• Maintain travel databases and assist with admin tasks.
• Support the broader operations team as needed.
