Job summary

PT Destination Asia in Bali is seeking an administrative and operations support specialist to aid Travel Curators and Bespoke Travel Curators. You will assist with quotations, loading bookings, and ensuring accurate reservations across standard and bespoke itineraries.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Diploma in tourism or related fields, have strong English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Travel Studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in tourism, hospitality, business, or languages.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, load bookings, and manage operations for Travel Curators and Bespoke Travel Curators.
• Coordinate communication between curators, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Input bookings into the reservations system (Travel Studio) and perform data entry.
• Perform final itinerary checks and confirm reservations with suppliers.
• Monitor booking payments with accounting and ensure supplier payments are processed.
• Reconfirm services and communicate special requests to Operations.
• Update in-house systems with changes and notes.
• Model client service excellence and attention to detail.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
