Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DMC, inbound tour operator or travel agency.
• Experience handling reservations and communicating with suppliers.
• Excellent English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good knowledge of Bali tourism and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and maintain relationships with hotels, drivers, guides and activity providers
• Request and negotiate supplier rates and contracts
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships
• Keep all supplier rates, contracts, seasonal prices and booking conditions updated and well organized
• Maintain accurate and structured pricing databases
• Handle booking requests and check availability
• Confirm reservations and follow up with suppliers
• Coordinate all travel services and manage booking changes
• Find solutions and alternatives when services are unavailable
