Job summary

The role emphasizes client-supplier coordination and strong service standards. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements, maintain relationships with overseas partners, and support department performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in travel and tourism.
• Good command of English; French is an advantage.
• Experience with FIT/individual travel and GIT/series bookings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete reservation process from client requests to booking hotels and services.
• Prepare itineraries, offers and quotations; follow up timely with clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate with overseas partners, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
