Job summary

IBMC is seeking an energetic Event & Retail Activation Lead to drive on-the-ground brand activation across Bali. Based in Bali, you will visit premium venues, host cacao tastings, and turn connections into revenue while representing a premium ceremonial cacao brand.

You will travel frequently to major hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, Seminyak), build partnerships, and deliver weekly targets with a high degree of autonomy and frontline customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
• Extensive experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or brand activation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Bali and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute High-Frequency Activations: Organize, set up, and host cacao tasting stations at high-traffic hubs, studios, markets, and boutiques.
• Drive Direct Field Sales: Own weekly sales targets, approach clients, optimize pitches, and drive conversions.
• B2B Partnership Development: Convert visited locations into wholesale partners stocking retail boxes or menus.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand in Bali with engaging storytelling and premium sensory experiences.
• Pipeline Sourcing & Governance: Track visits, tasting metrics, leads, and menu placement for regional follow-ups.
