Job summary

Cove Bali is seeking a senior Marketing & Digital Content professional to lead local social media, content strategy, and activations for its Bali properties. The role collaborates closely with HQ Marketing and regional teams to translate brand direction into locally resonant content.

You will drive influencer partnerships, offline activations, and market research initiatives, while maintaining a hospitality-first mindset and ensuring high-quality leads and brand awareness in Bali.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or marketing activation.
Strong understanding of Bali market, culture and media landscape.
Experience managing influencer campaigns from talent selection to reporting.

Responsibilities

Strategize social media content plans for Cove's Bali properties and collaborate with HQ teams.
Plan and lead marketing photo/video shoots with vendors, talent, and locations.
Source and manage influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and leads.
Design and execute offline marketing activations for Bali market.
Support extended marketing programs and research initiatives.
Apply a hospitality-first marketing mindset to reflect brand standards.
Coordinate with Jakarta HQ Marketing & Creative, Bali Ops, and Tenant Experience.
Track Bali market trends and competitor activity to sharpen strategy.
Lead local marketing events from concept to execution to build awareness.
Report on content and activation performance tied to awareness and lead gen.
