Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali is seeking a Sales Executive to be the on-ground face of the brand, identifying opportunities, initiating contact with local DMCs, wedding planners, and corporate fixers, and feeding the sales pipeline.

You will host high-energy site visits, showcase our spaces and services, maintain an organized database of contacts, and log daily outreach to ensure lead ownership. Work closely with the Sales Manager to close large-scale events and maintain a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Bali hospitality, travel, or venue sales.
• Own reliable transport and willingness to be on the road daily.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and professional English are required; extra languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to local DMCs, wedding planners, and corporate fixers.
• Host high-energy site visits to showcase spaces and services.
• Maintain an organized contacts database and log daily outreach activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to close large-scale GIT and private events; build brand presence on ground.
