Job summary

IBMC is seeking a dynamic Event & Retail Activation Lead in Bali for a premium ceremonial cacao brand. You'll introduce tourists and locals to ceremonial cacao through interactive tastings and field sales. Responsibilities include organizing tastings, driving sales, and developing retail partnerships.

Applicants must be fluent in English, outgoing, organized, and capable of operating independently. Experience in hospitality or high-end retail is advantageous. This role offers a flexible work environment with significant networking opportunities across Bali's lifestyle and wellness sectors.

Qualifications

• Must be permanently based in Bali, Indonesia.
• Strong verbal communication skills necessary to engage tourists and expats.
• Experience in hospitality or brand activation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host high-frequency cacao tasting activations across Bali.
• Generate retail leads and drive direct field sales.
• Develop partnerships with cafes and wellness communities.
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing the story of ceremonial cacao.
