Job summary

Liga.Tennis in Bali seeks a Front Office/Reception Supervisor to lead reception teams across multiple facilities. You will drive service excellence, manage escalations, and oversee daily finances while supporting sales targets and brand standards.

The role requires coordinating across branches, mentoring staff, and ensuring 100% coverage with robust SOPs. Preference for hospitality or sports industry experience and Bali-based candidates with a vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Front Office/Reception
• 2+ years in Supervisory/Managerial role (Hospitality/Sports preferred)
• Based in Bali with a vehicle and ability to rotate across locations
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality/Management required

Responsibilities

• Roster, mentor, and train receptionists across all branches
• Standardize SOPs for bookings, check-ins, and Liga App; handle escalations
• Drive sales for packages and Pro Shop items to hit KPIs
• Oversee daily closing reports, cash handling, and reconciliations
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Department Heads; submit weekly/monthly reports
