Job summary

PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk is seeking a results-driven telesales professional in Jakarta to conduct outbound calls, present SAP GROW, and qualify prospects using BANT. You will identify decision makers, uncover business challenges, and schedule qualified discovery meetings with the Sales team.

The role requires 1–3 years in relevant sales, strong Indonesian and English communication, and comfort with CRM systems and KPI targets. Indonesian market focus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, SDR, lead generation or business development.
• Experience selling B2B products/services is strongly preferred.
• Experience in IT, software, SaaS, ERP, technology or consulting is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills and outbound calling experience.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Comfortable with KPI-driven targets and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects from lead databases.
• Present SAP GROW and value propositions clearly.
• Identify ERP systems and business challenges for prospects.
• Perform BANT qualification (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Identify decision makers and stakeholders to engage.
