Qualifications

• Proven work as Account Executive or B2C sales in property industry is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new clients.
• Develop new business and identify areas to meet sales targets.
• Serve as lead contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions per customer needs and objectives.
• Prepare reports on account status, forecast, and key metrics.
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalations.
• Develop a database of qualified B2B leads via referrals, canvassing, cold calls, email, and networking.
