Job summary

Integrity Asia’s Jakarta team seeks a driven Sales Executive (B2B) to identify new business, win clients, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will build lasting relationships, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding client experience. This role offers growth, a commission structure, and permanent employment after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or managing B2B clients within the service industry.
• Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and convert them into clients.
• Proactively generate and qualify leads from potential clients.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients.
• Drive new client acquisition through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition into service delivery.
• Build and maintain sustainable client relationships through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-up activities.
• Grow sales revenue by identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts and obtaining referrals from client networks.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain and update the client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience and service delivery.
