Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Account Executive or B2C sales in property is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Experience communicating and influencing customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeking new clients and developing business to meet targets.
• Lead as the primary contact for customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships and close contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and prepare status reports.
• Develop a database of qualified B2B leads via referrals, canvassing, cold calls, email and networking.
