Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive customer acquisition for its expanding B2B and e-commerce portfolio. The role is fully on-site in Cikarang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia, working with leadership and a small performance marketing team to optimize campaigns and funnels.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, lead generation, SEO, automation, and vendor coordination to improve acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B, ecommerce, or tech startups.
Proven paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM and analytics-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop multi-channel digital acquisition strategies to generate B2B leads and orders.
Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths for high ROI.
Monitor CPL, CAC, CR and ROAS; adjust budgets and targeting accordingly.
Coordinate with Meta Ads and Google Ads specialists; manage campaign calendars.
Lead marketing automation, CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting.
Plan offline and online marketing activities to support lead generation.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver assets on time.
Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
