Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Indonesia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive customer acquisition and digital growth for its expanding B2B and e-commerce business. You will manage end-to-end digital marketing activities, performance campaigns, lead generation, SEO, automation, and vendor coordination.

You will work with leadership and a small performance marketing team to improve acquisition, strengthen online visibility, and convert prospects into recurring customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or tech startups.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and tag managers.
• Fluent English for technical documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate B2B leads.
• Optimize funnels across digital channels and monitor CPL, CAC, CR, and ROAS.
• Coordinate campaigns with Meta and Google Ads specialists.
• Manage vendors and creative partners to deliver marketing assets.
• Implement marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead-nurturing programs.
• Plan offline B2B events and align on brand messaging.
• Produce performance reports with insights for management.
