MatchaTalent is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for an on-site role in Cikarang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, or tech startups.
Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4/Google Analytics, and GTM.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies across digital channels.
Coordinate daily performance marketing activities with specialists.
Improve landing page performance, CRO, and lead conversion.
Develop and optimize email and WhatsApp lead-nurturing campaigns.
Plan and execute offline B2B marketing activities and events.
Prepare marketing performance reports and insights.
