Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an on-site Digital Marketing Coordinator in Cikarang, Java Barat, Indonesia. You will drive multi-channel customer acquisition, lead generation, SEO, and marketing automation, working with leadership and a small performance marketing team to grow B2B and e-commerce channels.

You will optimize campaigns, manage external vendors, and help convert prospects into recurring customers with data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology startups, B2B platforms, or consumer-oriented businesses.
• Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results in lead generation, conversion, and ROAS.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4/Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing marketing automation tools, CRM workflows, lead-nurturing campaigns, and customer acquisition pipelines.
• Familiarity with SEO strategy, keyword research, website optimization, and CRO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
• Commercially driven and focused on generating measurable customer acquisition and revenue impact.
• Professional fluency in English for technical documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads, sign-ups, and orders.
• Build, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition funnels across digital channels.
• Track and improve CPL, CAC, CR, and ROAS metrics.
• Coordinate daily performance marketing activities with the Meta Ads/Content Specialist and Google Ads Specialist.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, audience targeting, creative performance, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement marketing automation tools and CRM workflows.
• Develop and optimize email and WhatsApp lead-nurturing campaigns.
• Plan and execute offline B2B marketing activities and industry events.
