• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in e-commerce or B2B.
• Strong understanding of retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, or B2B landscape.
• Proven paid acquisition experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Fluent English for technical docs, presentations, and reporting.

• Develop multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and orders.
• Build, monitor, and optimize acquisition funnels across digital channels.
• Track CPL, CAC, CR, and ROAS for performance improvements.
• Coordinate daily activities with Google Ads and Meta Ads specialists.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing assets.
• Implement marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead-nurturing processes.
• Plan offline B2B events and industry exhibitions.
