Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a fully on-site role in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. You will manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, SEO, and marketing automation to drive B2B growth for the client’s manufacturing-focused group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, B2B platforms, or tech startups.
• Strong understanding of retail/consumer goods or B2B customer acquisition.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, marketing automation, and CRM workflows.
• Fluent English for technical documentation, presentations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and signups.
• Build, monitor, and optimize acquisition funnels across digital channels.
• Track CPL, CAC, CR, and ROAS; optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Coordinate daily performance marketing activities with Google Ads and Meta Ads specialists.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B tests.
• Improve landing pages, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing assets on time.
• Prepare creative briefs for ads, videos, and digital content.
• Collaborate with technical teams on marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead tracking.
• Develop and optimize email and WhatsApp lead-nurturing campaigns.
