PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive customer acquisition and digital growth for its expanding B2B and e-commerce business. The role covers end-to-end digital marketing, performance campaigns, lead generation, SEO, marketing automation, and vendor coordination.

You will work with leadership and a small team to improve acquisition, strengthen online presence, and convert prospects into recurring customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience with paid acquisition campaigns across Google and Meta.
• Strong command of GA4, Google Analytics, and GTM.
• Fluent English for technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-channel digital marketing strategies to generate B2B leads.
• Optimize acquisition funnels and track CPL, CAC, ROAS.
• Coordinate with Meta Ads and Google Ads specialists.
• Lead marketing automation and CRM workflow improvements.
• Plan offline B2B events and align online/offline branding.
