Altherio is seeking a Business Development Executive who thrives on the hunt and closing. You will bring in new clients, prospect actively, meet decision-makers, and sign retainers and project contracts.

This is a hands‑on role with direct access to leadership and a real impact on growth. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement in Jakarta, with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities as the team expands.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, ideally in a digital agency, SaaS, or advertising.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Find and approach potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn; follow up on inquiries.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand growth challenges.
• Propose digital marketing solutions and craft proposals with measurable outcomes.
• Lead negotiations and close monthly retainer and project deals.
• Track pipeline and activities in the CRM; provide weekly progress updates.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to onboard new clients smoothly.
• Deliver on monthly sales targets with a ramp-up period.
