PT Mitra Berdaya Optima is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist (Corporate Sales) to proactively identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong relationships across Jabodetabek. You will conduct initial meetings to present, promote, and sell services, negotiating and closing deals in a hybrid role with remote work flexibility.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in B2B sales or business development, with superb communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business, Marketing, or related).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation with corporate clients.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in sales activities and client meetings.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel across Jabodetabek.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong relationships.
