Job summary

PT YESTAR INDONESIA is seeking an HRD Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives. This role oversees recruitment, compensation, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, psychology, law, business, or related field.
• 7–10 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions and leading an HR team.
• Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, and HR compliance.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with senior management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• High integrity with a business-oriented mindset.

About you

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions and leading an HR team
• Strong expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, and HR compliance
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
