Job summary

Luna Beach Club Bali is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Luna Beer Garden. You will lead, motivate, and coach the service team to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences and ensure SOPs are followed.

Role requires 2+ years in hospitality, strong F&B knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Weekend/holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a service team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-oriented mindset with hospitality standards.
• Good command of English and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily service operation at Luna Beer Garden.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver consistent and excellent guest experiences.

Ensure service standards, SOPs, and outlet procedures are properly implemented.

Conduct daily briefings and provide coaching and guidance to the team.

Monitor team performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.

Ensure smooth coordination between the service team, kitchen, bar, and other departments.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and operational issues professionally.

Monitor the floor and ensure the outlet is always service-ready.

Assist with stock, equipment, cleanliness, and overall outlet readiness.

Support scheduling and manpower planning according to business needs.

Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.

Prepare and communicate operational updates and reports to the Operations Manager.

Take of the overall service flow and team performance during operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or senior service position.

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and outlet operations.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a service team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English.

Guest-oriented with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.

Hands-on, proactive, and confident in making decisions during operations.

Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to operational requirements.
