Qualifications

• Fluent English and Indonesian required.
• Hospitality/Tourism studies preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn PMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warm Indonesian hospitality.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Support reservation management and maintain guest records.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless stays.
• Learn and apply Dijiwa's service standards and luxury protocols.
• Participate in training sessions to develop hospitality skills.
• Keep Front Office area clean, organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred. Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal). Strong interest in pursuing a career in luxury hospitality and genuine passion for guest service.
