Qualifications

You will support the Operational Manager in overseeing daily operations across all departments, ensuring every detail reflects the elegance and intimacy of our luxury sanctuary.

In this position, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver service that goes beyond expectations. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, solve challenges gracefully, and maintain operational excellence will directly impact the reputation and success of our Gili Asahan property.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the supervision and coordination of daily operational activities across all departments, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Assist in managing staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching to maintain a motivated, service-oriented team
• Monitor quality standards and operational procedures, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Support inventory management and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels of supplies and amenities
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to facilitate memorable experiences and special occasions for guests
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining our commitment to sustainable luxury
• Assist in budget monitoring and cost control efforts, contributing to the property's financial performance
