Job summary

You will manage attendance, payroll, benefits, and HR documentation while supporting managers on performance and development initiatives in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Proficient in HR systems and payroll management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Understanding of F&B sector HR challenges is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees for F&B operations.
• Administer and monitor employee records with confidentiality.
• Support implementation of HR policies across F&B departments.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate training and development for F&B staff.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor attendance and leave records; address irregularities.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage separations.
• Provide guidance to managers on recruitment and performance management.
• Contribute to HR documentation, policies, and F&B procedures.
