Job summary

GoldenAgri is seeking a Sales Leader in Jayapura, Papua, Indonesia. The role focuses on driving the sales team to meet monthly targets and uphold KPI targets, service levels, and customer data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, welcome fresh graduates or with 2 years of related experience, and prioritize customer service while expanding active outlets in the bakery/food service consumer goods sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates or at least 2 years of related experience are welcomed.
• Experience in consumer goods or bakery/food service channels is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
