Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Sales Supervisor/Coordinator in Jayapura, Papua to lead the sales team and drive KPI targets. The role focuses on achieving monthly revenue goals, maintaining accurate customer data, and ensuring proper selling steps by FSR.

Proximity relationships with customers and high service levels are essential. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with fresh graduates welcome or at least 2 years in related fields, preferably in bakery/food service or consumer

• Preferably in supervisory/coordinator roles in bakery/food service channel.
• Experience in Consumer Goods area.
